Description: This is a rather radical idea, how to help the areas big need of affordable housing in smaller sizes and some bigger, combined with a total upgrade of the sport facilities at the plot today. By following the different heights of the buildings nearby and tilt the volume depending of the angle of the sunlight etc, we create a organic shape with housing and service in the bottom, that surrounds and shelters the sport facilities in the middle. On the green rooftop there is a 800 m ski track during the winter and else for running, biking and even wheel chair exercise!
